I'm not certain if you actually know how it works when you're your own boss. It's not about becoming famous or making a t-shirt company as much as it is just having another form of income.

I make pretty good buck as a teacher, but I would prefer to have multiple gains. The more you have the better.

I was just in Mexico City doing a little business, definitely a growing area and you have the right attitude on diversification of income for that market! Oh and the right attitude towards the Misery fan, but to be to hard look what he has deal with every sat.

I'm a Digital Product Designer. We design the user experience for a lot of the apps and websites you probably enjoy using. Use facebook? Someone spent time interviewing people and testing / creating prototypes to figure out how to best implement the mobile app. I do that same thing for a large agriculture company.

I love my job. Its creative but also gets me out of the office meeting with people from all over the world.

It's almost a gold rush type of deal right now.

1. The market is open. I don't even need a license to get a lot and set up a business. I pay a tiny fraction of money to the governing body (usually citizen powered) of the market and I can set up my shop.

2. There are many, many people who are getting more money than they're accustomed to. 10 dollars an hour here is considered middle-upper class, and having something they want (I specifically make sports t-shirts of Super Heroes, Deadpool and the like, for exercising, we're also looking into leggings.) is such a stupidly easy way to make money.

3. If I invest 20,000 - 25,000 pesos and my little business takes off, I can make that back in a month (I made 11,773 off of 2,000 in my ''pilot'' program). 20,000 = 2,000 Dollars, more or less.

It's so, so easy to make money here.

You posted this:

"...didn't happen here until an incident that I didn't provoke, right? In a thread that you deleted, tbird.

The bolded portion is quite clearly a lie.

It's the difference between ''there is no god'' and ''I can't prove there is a god.''

One is an absolute statement, the other can be augmented later.

He accused you directly, and didn't seem to have any doubt throughout the conversation. Just another day with the serial suicider liar.

How did you get the job? Did you want to do this or did you sort of just stumble into it through connections?

I interned for Dole and my manager there really liked me. He left Dole when I graduated for Tyson and offered me a position under him.

That's pretty interesting and the group I met had similar thoughts on the market. So what about real estate market is it skyrocketing for business real estate?

In the federal district and a certain part of the city called ''Santa Fe'' the prices are rising quite a bit. The State, however, the prices are more than reasonable. If you had the currency you could easily invest now and cash-in later, but I'm not much of a betting man.

I actually have a friend who rents his apartments out (He's got like six of them) to tourists and makes huge gains. But like I said, do it while the dollar is strong and before the market catches up.

Small investments have the potential to be huge if you play your cards right. The market is really, really fast-paced, though. Setting up an established idea would take more time. Just as an example: I wouldn't sell shirts more than six months because if they become successful, people will immediately copy them and start selling it.

So the idea is to get in, get out, make a quick buck then pass it onto another investment that will help you establish your business (like an English teaching school, where the market is always demanding more). It's an exciting time to be here.
