what gym do you usually work out at?
I work out chest, lower body, back/shoulders, biceps/triceps/forearms four days a week and work cardio in on those four days as well. I do abs infrequently but that'll change as spring break looms closer.

I do chest/triceps/abs, back/biceps, shoulders/legs/abs, rest day, repeat with different exercises, rest day, start it all over. With however much cardio I feel like doing afterwards.

NB makes good kicks. Most of their pro athletes are not "endorsed" rather, they wear the shoe because it's a superior product for them. Good company. I work with them a lot.

I was at Max Fitness in the Fall but currently this semester I'm working out at the ACT till I decide whether to go back to Max Fitness or find somewhere else.
I wish Auburn had a YMCA. I have a membership to the one back home and it'd be the best option for me.
