Waffles. Pancakes have too many nicknames.

Sweet potato pancakes

I'm about to get really, really sick.

Sweet potatoes are the foulest substance on the planet. I'd rather eat pancakes full of shite.

I have waffles for breakfast every morning and have for years. I prefer mine with peanut butter and jelly. Don't knock it until you've tried it!

99.99% of the time I agree.

I do love IHOPs omelets though.

IHOP has legit pancakes. But overall it is meh.

Overall I put Waffle House waffles as slightly better than IHOP pancakes, but Waffle house kicks their arse with the sides (bacon, sausage, hash browns, etc.)

Everybody should eat at Pancake Pantry in Nashville at least once in their life. Their entire menu is incredible. I haven't wanted to eat at an IHOP or Waffle House since.

Overrated and not worth the wait.

Really? Every time I've eaten there it's been great. The wait is a little long on weekend mornings, but weekday afternoons it isn't bad at all.
