I ripped off Village Tavern's breakfast bowl and make it at home on the reg, so I'd go with it.

Guyere Cheese Grits
Brown sugared thick cut bacon
3 poached eggs
sliced avocado
few dashes of hot sauce

Chocolate milk and a mimosa to drink.

Depends on my mood. That's the perfect realistic option for me. My last breakfast meal ever list isn't a very realistic cook at home lineup.

Homemade biscuit w/ sausage gravy
Grits
Bacon
Fried Eggs
Hash browns
1 waffle
2 pancakes

Lot of dishes to do.

I don't eat breakfast during the weeks.

And really not much at all.

But if in the mood:
Scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, buttered toast, Black pudding, baked beans, cup of black coffee and a bloody Mary.

Lox and bagels with a metric-frick-ton of capers is some good shite. It's imperative to put it on an everything bagel for optimal enjoyment.
