Your list started out so strong.
Pryor and Murphy definitely deserve a mention for the top 5. All time, I'd found it out with Bill Hicks, Robert Schimel, and Dave Chapelle. Though, it's hard to not include George Carlin.
Out of currently touring comics, in no order, my favorites would be Patton Oswalt, Doug Stanhope, Kyle Kinane, Bill Burr. There's done other great ones. But those are the best I can think of right now.

I'm not sure I can make a top 5 because I can't narrow it down that far. I just know Carlin, Pryor, and Hicks wouldn't be on it.
