It takes a long drive through nothing to get to College Station, but once you arrive, it’s all worth it.

It’s 90 minutes from 7 Million people in the greater Houston area.

But how great of a college town can it be if people are driving 90 minutes away every weekend?

You know I lived there for two years and I enjoyed the place. Had a great time at A&M and I liked College Station fine, but my fellow students were fleeing in droves to Houston and/or Austin on a regular basis. Once you hit up all the Northgate bars that's really all there is to it when football isn't in town.

Who says people are? I’m just saying it’s not really in the middle of no where.

Just lost all credibility. I know this is an opinion piece, but College Station is objectively not one of the best college towns. It’s a shite hole.

If any A&M fans wish to argue this, I’ll assume that you’re poor and live in an equally loathsome town.

Good list

CoMo obviously too low, but they did a pretty good job.

InB4 “Columbia sucks! Hur dur”

But it consistently rates as one of the top college towns in the country away from the evil ire of rant tards

How far from a city does a place have to be considered in the middle of no where?

At first I was like WTF when I saw Missouri on the list, but then I found this. The list is void.
