Percentage of foreign students probably skews this

With the Dores being the highest percentage of grad students (and lots from Asia and India) they should be at the bottom.

While Kentucky and Tennessee are in the middle and not the top, it is all about quality - not quantity.

Lots of sharpshooters and snipers in the armed services grew up in KY and TN.

Or laying their lies and guts on the line to protect cowards and the gutless. The enlisted are for the most part, the guys who do the fighting and do it enthusiastically. Now get back to stocking those shelves, big back to school weekend shopping coming and it's be 8AM before you know it.

An out of state vet can come here and not have to pay out of state tuition. That should count for something.
