Which law school did you end up going to?

I'm thinking about applying to Ole Miss (it's within my GPA reach ) and was wondering if you've been there.

UA
OU
OSU
SWOSU (where I went my freshman year)
NSU
Carl Albert
Those are the schools that actively pursued me with recruiters I didn't apply to all of them because they all wanted a $50 application fee and that seemed dumb to me. however I had the grades, all those schools had moved on to how much of an academic scholarship I would get my first year.

I didn't get rejected by any but I also didn't apply anywhere I didn't think i'd get in at.

I went to Tulane. Not my best decision, but chasing the pussy clouds your judgment occasionally.

If I had to do it over I would have gone to UGA and I was in state for GA.

Ole Miss is a decent law school as long as you are ok staying in MS or Memphis.

Hey a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

Yeah, ideally I would like to stay in-state but if I can get into a decent school out-of-state then I will have to weigh my options.

Georgia State is a very good law school and it is only getting better.

They take a good number of splitters, people with lower GPA's and higher LSATS.

Agreed, GSU is my top choice right now followed by Mercer and UGA.

But I also want to apply to several "reach" and "safe" out-of-state schools just to keep my options open.

Accepted to

UGA

Should have applied to places I had zero shot at getting in to, just to give me more perspective of my available choices.

Not if I have anything to do with it.

ETA: To the UGA fan...GSU is fun if you are laid back. We have a few psycho type A gunners, but not many. If you are one of these people you will do better at UGA or Emory.

Shoulda gone to Annapolis but I ended up becoming a Marine anyway so I guess it worked out. Other places were out of state and out of my price range.

Haha if they could have gotten in UGA or Emory chances are they wouldn't be at GSU in the first place

I was well balanced with GPA, sports, and rec's but didn't have the SAT score to match. I guess UVA weights that higher.

I probably wouldn't have been able to afford that even with ROTC though.
