Every now and then, like once every few months, pancakes and maple syrup are welcome. Otherwise keep it to the great ones.

I'm glad you asked I didn't know either.

I have never had pork belly.

Pork belly is what becomes bacon when you add salt and sugar.

Old school, much healthier, and I prefer the taste.

Just had bulgogi for the first time a few weeks ago. It was really good but definitely didn't strike me as a breakfast food.

I thought you were going to comment on "Rank" breakfast foods

Any kind if fish for breakfast - Trout and Salmon...sucks (raw oysters are great for breakfast.. IF you really didn't get any sleep, and you have been eating oysters all night, match with Bloody Mary)

Organ meats - Liver...just stop it.

Scrapple - especially when it is gray... or grey... (do not confuse Scrapple with hog head cheese or even SPAM)

In no particular order:
Cheese grits
Sausage egg & cheese biscuit
Pancakes & syrup
Bacon soft
Bacon crispy
8 o clock regular or any nice beans from the coffee shop

For less traditional:
Crispy potatoes w/red or green salsa
Classic shakshuka
Garden frittata
Quiche with Bacon, mushroom, Swiss & herb (mom's family recipe)
Any of the Gordon Ramsey Youtube Breakfast series dishes
Coffee w/ half & half + coconut milk

I'm diabetic so not a ton of cereal these days but cinnaMON toast crunch and the chocolate cheerios are my favorites.
