Nope. I'd rather collapse a lung again.

You should've gotten a flu shot in September or October.

Mine is my allergies. The air is so damn dry between the colder weather and the heat in the apartment and at work that my nose has been bleeding every morning. It sucks.

Drink lots of water to thin out the mucus, maybe take some Mucinex if you feel like it's settling in your chest.

A neti pot will knock out a head cold in a couple of days. It feels good using one, too. Soothes your sinuses.

I use a humidifier and my neti pot to keep my nose, sinuses and throat in good health during these dry, dry days of winter.

I just chugged a bottle Magnesium Citrate and spent the past three hours passing a cinder block. Does that count? I couldn't even post on tRant as I was shaking and in cold sweats. Now I'm sitting here and recovering, but it's still tough to read the forum as I'm wiping the tears from my eyes and afraid to look down at the demon I just expelled that's guaranteed to bust the pipes.

I know, TMI, but I need the emotional support from my BFF's here to make it through this.

I had a Neti pot a lot time ago but I kept getting water trapped in my sinuses. I know I have one cavity that's smaller than the other but no idea of that has to do with it.

I am sick but went and played golf to sweat it out a bit. Seemed to help.

I learned to deal with that by gently blowing my nose one nostril at a time immediately after using the neti pot. Also, bending over and letting any excess water drain out of your sinuses works as well. You just have to find your correct angle.

The salt packets that are sold for neti pots now include sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. I used plain table salt before but the packets seem to provide a much more pleasant result.

I'm sick of the fricking company I'm working for. These dumb fricks have me driving in 9° weather with snow through Denver, and I live the furthest from Denver of anyone, and they have me driving through the heart of the beast. It's taken 30 minutes, and I've barely driven 10 miles on the interstate.

This is the kinda dumb shite that I'm not going to feel guilty if I give them less two weeks notice.

Eta: 45 minutes and 13 miles.
