On a scale from David beating Goliath to the Spanish Inquisition how excited would you say you are for this new more manly Bible?

quote:

Its cover is the first hint that the newly released "Men's Bible" is targeted to guys. Leather-textured, as rugged and manly as a paper cover can be, it's meant to evoke a basketball. Once inside the volume, though, the reader quickly discerns that the book isn't even tangentially about sports.

I have a stack of Bibles all for different purposes.

I'm a man so they are all men's Bibles

Whats the different levels of being a christian and what sort things do you do or say to earn a merit badge. I remember when i was in the scouts you got points for doing certain tasks like dribbling a basketball and building a birdhouse.

If it was Moby Dick with an encyclopaedic glossary attached then I would be quite excited.

Think I'll start working on that tomorrow...

Oh, it's not like earning merit badges.

Heb 5:11 Concerning him we have much to say, and it is hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
Heb 5:12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
Heb 5:13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant.
Heb 5:14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

Not angry, it's called stating facts. You wouldn't have started this thread otherwise.
