1. Broke my hand playing football, the actual break wasn't no where near as bad as the rehab was. I'd rather die than do that again.
2 tore my acl and mcl at the same time once again playing football.
3. Got kicked in the groin so hard I was knocked out.

Passing a 4mm kidney stone. Was begging someone to knock me out. Worse pain than tearing my ACL or breaking my ankle.

Pitching BP to a friend. We were about 10 yard apart from one another because the cage was tiny and he hit a line drive right into my face. Knocked me out cold and broke two bones in my face. Played two days later and made a diving play and
hit the broken part of my face. All of this hurt like hell

For some reason when I was 8 I wanted to hit my basketball goals rim with a rubber mallet.
The goal was lowered, and I would run up to it jump and hit it. I forgot it had a hook at the end so you could hang it up. Well one time I whiffed the rim, and the mallet got caught in the net. My hand slid down the hammer then the hook punctured the side of my hand. I was dangling about an inch off the ground for about five minutes(seemed like an hour). Every time I tried to raise my other arm the hook would rip up my hand to the knuckle. I started to faint, and before I know it a neighbor is lifting me up. We yanked out the hook, and for a second you could see all of the inner workings of my hand before it started gushing blood.
My hand now hurts just thinking about it.

Most Pain You've Ever Been In.
1) Broke my nose with a baseball when I was 7.
2) Took a 90 MPH fastball to my lateral epicondyle, twice (elbow).
3) Broke my arm (radius).
4) Dropped a 50 pound weight on my big toe.
Just a couple of things.

Twisted my right foot 180 degrees (bottom became the top) doing Air Assault training in the Army.....tore the ligaments, shattered the cartilage, and dented bone..but no break. Happened on day 1 of a 12 day FTX and I stayed in the field till the rest of the unit went back in.

Plantar-flex, dorsi-flex, inversion, or eversion?

If I could go tell that story to kids I could probably keep a lot of them off drugs.

Appendicitis and it had perforated by time the could operate on it. The ambulance ride from Prattville to Montgomery was Hell. I felt every bump. I had no appetite after the surgery and the medicine afterward made me nauseous every time I looked at food. I ended up losing about 20 pounds the week after because I couldn't eat. I know there was 2 or 3 days that I didn't eat anything.
ETA: I also had to have a portion of my forehead removed because of melanoma. They had to remove a chunk of skin about the size of a quarter. Now I have a Harry Potter looking scar. It hurt for about a week or two after the surgery because there was so much tension.

Compound elbow fracture. Needed emergency surgery or could have lost function in my left arm.
