It seems we are both picking and choosing our favorite definition of the word from the same book, hell, same web page... we are both correct, but the original idea is that the original question of is it racist is clearly answered as no

Had to clarify prejudice vs bigotry vs racism for some tard on in the first page...

"Poor treatment" is inherently power abuse i.e. water fountains... if you never take the time to understand a definition it's just a bunch of meaningless words

Who decided that? That begs the question what kind of treatment qualifies as poor or poor enough and what kind of power. Racism was a word with a specific definition for at least two hundred years before this aspect of power, and let's just call it what you are talking about, systemic power, was added.

Poor treatment in this case is an unjust act forced upon another person... therefore one human impresses unjust actions on another by asserting their power over them in different ways(which is abuse of power).. threats is a good example... it doesn't have to be a physical manifestation for it to be abuse of power but damage of one kind or another has to be done to qualify ,imo, for poor treatment
