Don't think I've ever tried the poker room. Is it pot limit or no limit?
Edit: From what friends tell me, most of those guys have big bankrolls in those rooms and just buy blinds..you might could sneak up on em

I hate no limit tables. Too many pricks who watch poker on TV like to wear their sunglasses and dramatically push all their chips into the middle of the table every time they get a chance. You can't play against those people.

RS, I completely agree. It's a tough game to play, especially with a short stack like he'll have. The objective is to catch one of those WPT wannabes on a BS raise and double/triple up and gtfo

You're better off buying in for $15 then (I assume, if that's what you mean by three buy ins) than to do $5 intervals. Just my opinion though. You can play tighter that way instead of being absolutely fricked when you're big blind.
