Hey guys. Need some IM help.
Ms. Mizzeaux wants salmon for dinner tonight. I usually just crust it up with Salt or Tony Cachere's, but I'm kind of bored with that. We eat salmon a lot. Any suggestions for sauces or preparations that don't involve the grill or smoking?

The best salmon I ever had was somewhere in Vermont - it had a pecan crust and a maple glaze, and I think they did it in a skillet. It was awesome.

And yes Belle, Michael Schoeffling was hot. So was the guy in Adventures in Babysitting - I don't remember his name, but he was my hero for a while.
