Lowest I've been in is 8F. It was cold, but I did stay inside most of the day

Couldn't be worse than Atlanta. It's not called "Hotlanta" for no reason.

My hometown is significantly hotter than Atlanta.

The humidity is what gets me. Summers in Memphis have both, but I'll take it any day over cold weather. Cold weather to me starts around 45-50.

Heat Those 80 degree summer days with a nice sea breeze are just brutal.

Gulf Coast is no joke talking about humidity tho. From Texas but lived in Biloxi, MS, for awhile. Sweat my black arse off.

Yeah, but along the Gulf there's usually a nice breeze. It's not the stagnant air of inland.

This.. Makes you feel like you are in a sauna. Need a change of clothes after walking outside to your car

The ideal temperature, IMO, is between 45 and 70 with minimal humidity.

This. When you walk outside, and it feels like there's a wet blanket on your face? That's the most miserable of all to me.

Memphis is pretty warm
And believe me, it gets humid here.
