How many times have you been banned?

I've honestly lost count of mine. I know it's more than 10. Maybe more than 20.
How long was your longest ban?
Most of mine have been short, a week or a few weeks. A few have been 24-48 hours. My longest was like 5 months, it was also my first, we didn't have a "request reinstatement" link back then, so eventually I emailed TD directly.
What was the reason(s) for your banishment (s)?
I don't remember the reason for the first one. Several times I've been banned for drunk posting on the rant. Several times for comments about Muslims (I admit, I went too far, and I have been given the permaban warning).
At least 3 times because certain posters are apparently protected and I hurt their delicate little feelings.
Once for repeatedly calling SpidermanTuba a fat fricking idiot.
Once for "needlessly posting NSFW pics on the poli-board".
Once because another poster said they were offended by the word "Japs" because their wife is Japanese. So naturally, I used the word "Japs" 500 times in my next 10 posts.
Who has had your back in reinstatement threads/ Who has started reinstatement threads on your behalf?
Too many to remember, but special recognition for KSGamecock. This guy created several reinstatement threads for me, and at one time had an awesome sig image of me, Killz and 2 other banned posters' avis in prison uniforms.

I surprisingly have never been banned, I have no idea how it hasn't happened...never even received a PM or anything. It's strange because I've been banned from many many other places .

A handful of times:
1. After the '12 SECCG game: I wished cancer on the "gumps" of the board
2. The Gaming Board was heated during the MW2 days and I got caught up in flaming the Xbox queers
3. Another is for a reason I'm not allowed to bring up anymore
TigerFred has banned me numerous times just to be a dick, but those don't really count.

What's the worst or most interesting thing you've banned someone for Lew? Not counting the Chinese spambots forums get a lot of.

Once for posting in a help board thread specifically titled “SEC Rant folks stay off the help board” (2 weeks?)
Next for telling an alter to get cancer. (At least a month)
Finally, posting a Norman Reedus picture of him gutted and dead from a movie as a Walking Dead “spoiler” (like a week)
Can’t remember any others.

One Race Week I started a thread about gingers and got banned for a couple of weeks. Seriously.
The strangest one was this past year. I started a Help Board thread about opening the Coaching Changes Board early due to several early vacancies. I went back to see when it was opened historically, and then posted in the thread everyday. When the Coaching Changes Board was finally opened, I wasn’t allowed to post in it.
I felt like Moses looking into the Promised Land. Just before it closed shop for the year, my posting privileges were allowed.
ETA: I think LewDawg may have advocated for me on one occasion, but, again, I can't remember. If so, thank you, Lew.

Once. I was really drunk after a UGA/Auburn game and UGA had won pretty handily. There had been a TON of smack talk leading up to the game and I remember starting a thread, I believe, titled "frick Y'all" or "frick Auburn" or "frick something or another". Anyway, it was deleted and they gave me a warning but I was drunk and indignant that someone had the gall to delete my thread. So, as any rational person would do, I started a thread entitled something along the lines of "Who deleted my fricking thread" and filled it with personal attacks directed at multiple moderators. I was banned for a while. It was a solid 4-6 months until Damn Good Dawg got Rummy a message from me expressing my sincere apologies that I was reinstated.
I've also been warned that if I ever start another monteg reinstatement thread on the help board that I will be perma-banned. So... off to the help board to plead the case for everyone's favorite robot-building, tranny-porn-addicted, jewish autist.

Why I haven't been banned before is a mystery to me. I'm usually fairly nice and polite on the boards but on game day or when I encounter blatant stupidity (I really need to avoid certain sections of this board) I've been known to unleash a full broadside of f-bombs.
Of course, having said that, Lew will probably promptly ban me so I don't feel left out.

I was banned once about 3 years ago for 6 months.
I made what was apparently a racially insensitive observation on the OTL. I compared a metro New Orleans HS cafeteria fight to the primal fight scene in the 2001 space odyssey. This was wrong of me and I should have never done it. I still regret it and am shamed by this lack of tact toward the simian species.
I had a group speak well of me on reinstatement. LanierSpots was one of the most vocal. (props to him!)
