Nice troll.
I used to work with a guy from rural east TN. When we went out, he would always order a steak, well done, with ketchup on the side. It's how his granny made it, and he wasn't ever going to stray from that.

Medium filet. The ketchup makes most of us here want to hunt you down and give you a wedgie. You want ketchup only because you overcooked your perfectly good steak. That's just wrong, especially for a misspelled Baptist.
A bit of butter is fine, but it's also fine without it. The main thing is a good red wine to go with it.

Yeah, maybe if I ate it more often, I'd develop a taste for it less well done. I tend to favor chicken and fish for my meats, I've noticed.

Yesterday I went to the convenience store across the street from Chick-Fil-A. There was a pickup truck circling around with a guy in a cow suit holding up an "Eat Mor Chikin" sign. I don't care who ya are, that was funny.
