Problem is you can troll without purposely trying to. If your opinion is differing than most people say you're trolling.

I noticed that too. Even when you're not trolling some fanbases are too sensitive. I don't know if that's the actual case though or if the trolling is so ridiculous that everyone is on guard.

I get downvotes for any post I make.
I think up or down votes are dumb, but I find it funny how something not of a majority opinion or geared toward a certain clic gets showered with down votes.
There is only 2 people on this site whose opinion matters to me.

I'm glad the votes don't count for anything serious. Just like reddit having a liberal bias, so too would this site. The bias would just be anti Ole Miss, A&M, and Bama.

I don't know about the main board, but at least on the Georgia board the votes seem to correlate to quality.

True. I kind of hold the team boards in a different regard. Seems most of the posters on them actually have an interest in decent discussion.

Its quite a bit easier to tell if someone is trolling on boards outside the rant. The Rant is unsalvageable, so we can ignore that, but I think short term, board exclusive bans would help on OT, etc.

I just wished people would stop making check in or whatever threads. Okay we get it, some school or team did something another one hasn't.
There is no real discussion in these threads other than for some people to live vicariously through teenagers and and a bunch of 20 something.
