That's one of the first things I thought. I watched that movie at too young an age and it scarred me.

I just did too.
I expected... more?
Those effects they used, the jittery, stutter camera movement is annoying. It never made it creepy for me.
I kept waiting for his hand light to Red Ring of Death.
