You made the claim that the message potentially has "inhuman" or "otherworldly" origins.
I was just pointing out that humans, specifically those on a high school level (especially since some districts have started focusing on teaching higher level coding), can create a spectrogram.
I think overthinking it would be assigning blame to an alien race.

I didn't specifically say alien, although possible.
I think it's much more likely to be of another dimension. If you're a believer you could view it as something malevolent like the "Devil", although I think it's more likely an Old Testemant type "God" as the Earth is about due for a major population check event, and society is getting rather wicked. Particularly the USA, which could be the reason the POTUS is being targeted. Perhaps that is meant to be a warning for us to change our wicked ways and a chance to save ourselves from the coming Plague

It was apparently found in Poland and sent to this Swiss media first. The title actually decides to the Spanish word for "death" while the binary in the description of the video is what says "Death. You have one year or less."
