You may have salt/spices. Just no other condiments or food source.

Can I have butter?

I can do a lot more with an arsenal of spices and a little butter with potatoes than corn. So it's probably potatoes.

Do you have frying oil and/or other cooking supplies that aren't really considered food?

If yes, potatoes. If no, corn.

So I can only boil or braise my potatoes. No frying allowed? I need availability of cooking styles to break the boredom of potatoes every day.

And you don't corn? How in the world does corn have diversity of preparation?

Potatoes you can have fried, garlic, mashed, and a variety of other seasonings. Given the conditions the OP listed, it's just corn on the cob.

You can also bake. If you're resourceful, I'm sure you could find a way to fry them.
