I know this is a smack talk sports board but sometimes we need to put things aside.
Several tragedies occurred on the UGA campus the past 24 hours including a suicide and a likely murder. Classes cancelled tomorrow due to the second incident.
Prayers to everyone affected.

If you cancel classes everytime someone is murdered, it's just going to encourage more murder.

I hadn’t seen this reported. Sorry to see that happened. Was it a student? If so, some poor parents are in hell right now.

I ran those trails as a student, many times alone, and watching the news report was terrifying. The trails behind the parking lot get decently isolated and it's amazing that this kind of thing hasn't already happened tbh
