I saw this the other day.
Someone with the authority that he has should know better than to make such asinine comments on a public forum.
I don't feel bad for him.

I read the original thread and lol'd at all the people who said this was no big deal.
Judges have been removed from the bench in my area for way less than this.
Hope it all works out for the best for him.

There was some obviously unprofessional stuff on there, but I don't see the need to get riled up over pointing out that women like security and men like sex. Denying reality isn't a strong case for disciplining a judge.

maybe so, I really don't know. just stating my own, limited real life experience with it

How can a judge have such horrible grammar?

If he let out any details of sealed proceedings, he's screwed. The rest of it looked like a whole lot of whining.
The "boys will be boys" locker room talk isn't going to help him. But it's not really a matter for the judiciary review board, I don't think. But I'm no expert.

He makes a pretty valid point about feeding/fricking though. Although I'd never condone anyone stepping out on their bride, you'll never hear a man say "if I come home to steak and pussy one more time, I'm outta here." Generally, if a woman keeps her man's stomach full and his nuts empty, she couldn't get rid of him if she wanted to.

It appears it was an LSU fan from the BlueHog site.

I think the old adage of it's not what you say but how you say it applies here.

Looks like people are digging into his past now. Wouldn't surprise me if people started putting his past court decisions under the microscope. Hope it all works out for him.
"Maggio has made a poor judgment call here. But it's not his first. And speaking of secrecy: some questions are in order for why no record appears in Faulkner County circuit court records for Maggio's divorce. There's little legal precedent for the sealing of entire divorce cases from initial pleading to final decree. Hearings can at times be closed, but specific reasons are generally required — such as protection of children's interests — for closing any portions of records or testimony. Did Maggio just pull a string with a friend on the Faulkner Circuit bench? I've put that question to the judge I've been told sealed the record. No response yet. Maggio's persistence with the campaign only invites an even more searching look at his record."

Sure. And if it was someone Blue Hog supported ideologically, they'd be the first to dismiss it all as NBD. And some Tea Party website would be "horribly offended." I'm tired of the pundits who make a profession of being outraged, whether it's Hannity or Maddow.
