The Cobb/Douglas County health departments are your best resources for low-cost/no-cost treatments. Just know that wherever you get tested, if the results are positive for an STD you're going to be contacted by the Cobb County health department.
An epidemiologist will ask you for the names of your sexual contacts. They in turn will be required to undergo testing and treatment if the results of their tests are positive. Treatments are quick and effective if you're in the early stages. Good luck.

Technically you could treat syphilis and strep with penicillin, but strep is getting somewhat resistant these days and I'd be hesitant to empirically treat strep with penicillin.
