I meant they’re not as critical of it as usual

I thought that was already established? Tits and dragons don't top Tolkien

Daenerys is worse than Anakin. They both mass murder innocent people because their woman dies, but at least Skywalker was being manipulated by Sidious / Palpatine.

Daenerys is finally true to her "book" version. She's not a nice woman as depicted by GRRM - people just like her because she spends lots of screen time in the HBO adaptation naked

And she has cool dragons.

I read she talked to fricking grass in the books. So I dunno if she’s actually true to it.

She’s “mad” in the sense of being a whiny, entitled, jilted lover with a power thirst. Not psychologically disturbed like pappy was who sounds like he had schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder.

Let’s be honest. Dumb and Dumber should have accepted HBOs deal for two ten episode seasons to close it out. But they wanna take their shite writing to StarWars where they can bury that franchise for good with Rian Johnson. Yikes. What a trifecta.

Id say there's a decent chance D&D could kill Star Wars even worse than Rian Johnson did.

I mean, Benioff is the one who wrote the screenplay for X-men Origins and created that god awful version of Deadpool

No need to be salty. A nice: Damn, Straws called this. I shouldn't have dirtied my knees over such poor writing that was, of course, pointed out a few weeks ago before I recognized it.

George R R Martin is now officially in the [Disappointed] camp, and wishes that they would have accepted more seasons to finish the story as he did.

I know they were offered at least 10 episodes for this seasonn, and I heard HBO offered to fund another 10 episode season after that but I'm not 100%

Apparently D&D decided years ago the story "should be about 73 hours or 73 episodes" and basically refused to budge from that. Assholes

Martin has said repeatedly that he would have been happy with ten episodes, and HBO definitely offered to do whatever they wanted.
