I wonder how many successful black people have ever gone on a racial rant? I'm not saying it's right but it sure seems one sided in the media and we know it's not!
So my comment is this, when the media really starts treating these issues equally on both sides I'd feel like it would be justified to pushback when people make these types of statements, however it seems that the media is picking one color to dominate, bulley and chastise and that is hypocritical.
Hate is hate. One side is not owed or deservant of leniency over another under any circumstances while the other is bullied out of existance.

Listened to the audio last night.. Don't know anything about this guy, since I hate pro bball. But if he's so racist, why is he screwing around with a half black/half hispanic woman? Certainly good to see a woman of her youth and nice looks with an old nasty RICH guy. She's only in it for the money. She should consider herself an employee of his and shut the hell up.

re: Marge Schott. MLB stripped her of her management (which is what NBA can do) and she later sold the Reds. This is being tried in the media now and has no chance of being favorable for Sterling. His remarks are indefensible for someone in his position and industry.

Should this be ground for anyone in the NBA to even have a conversation about taking the team from him? frick NO.
If the players/fans want to protest in the streets, if they want to not buy tickets, if they don't want to play in the games, then do so.

He repeatedly said racist things to her, she got tired of it, but not his money. She decided to keep bleeding him for what she could, while recording him, hoping to set up a huge payday at some point.

Actually I do. Media is driven by ratings and this little story has probably sent ratings through the roof on several media outlets.
I have been watching the shite out of newsroom lately and so you could see the parallel between the two if you have watched.

I'm not condoning the guy or his actions in any way. It's obvious he's a bigot and treats folks as differently as he can get away with.
Just saying, it appears that one particular person could be bought and sought out possibly a larger payday, in what could be an illegal scheme.
100 hours is a lot of recording and a lot of time sticking around. No telling how long or how much he said before she decided to start recording, on top of that.
