He is a business owner in a league dominated by minorities, being known as a racist is a really poor business decision and the way for the team/city/league to get back at him would be to not support him, not to make him give up rights as an owner.

Do you think that you should have to give up ownership rights of something you own if someone heard you make a racist comment? How about any comment that they simply didn't like? What if someone heard you say that you hate the Pacers, should you have to give up ownership of something because your opinion is different than someone else's?
