More so, has it been mentioned where they were when this argument/recording took place? Were they out in public or fighting at home? If he had no knowledge of the recording taking place...that's actually breaking the law.

And Kajun, it's not illegal to record someone, it's just not admissible as legal evidence. DS isn't on trial.
Doesn't mean he can't be fried in the court of public opinion for the shite he said, as well he should be.

Yes, I will sit here and say precisely that.
then you're an idiot plain and simple. With the things you have said in this thread alone, I know for a fact that you have said something racist in your life. So if a recording of that comes to light, then you would be ok with having to give up shite that you own.
He is a business owner in a league dominated by minorities, being known as a racist is a really poor business decision and the way for the team/city/league to get back at him would be to not support him, not to make him give up rights as an owner.

You're incorrect, per par.

Pure conjecture on your part. Find me something that I've said even on these boards that was racist and not in jest.

No such recording would ever come to light. Again, pure conjecture on your part.

He has no place in the NBA.

Do you think that you should have to give up ownership rights of something you own if someone heard you make a racist comment? How about any comment that they simply didn't like? What if someone heard you say that you hate the Pacers, should you have to give up ownership of something because your opinion is different than someone else's?
There is no difference between hating 1 thing and not another. The dude said some racist shite, but what if he was talking about how much he hated something else?

There is nothing for me to deny. DS is on record being incredibly racist, and your comeback is "well I bet Tbird is racist too"? Really? I defy you to come up with an example of me being racist. You can poll anyone. Hell, ask my facebook friends. I'm not hard to find. frick your conjecture.

Again, find something for me to deny. Also, quit making this about me. This is literally the only "defense," you can try to come up with, and like your position on this matter, it is laughably pathetic.

How is saying I hate a basketball team in ANY way tantamount to saying that I don't wish to have my gf photographed with black people or bring them to games. Stupid, pathetic analogy on your part.

Because he wasn't talking about something else. He was talking about black people. Surely you aren't this dense.

Was the photograph of her and the black person NSFW? Because
I can see where that could be an issue, and I'll need to see that picture.

Idk Tbird... You have alot of the symbols for a racist. Cowboy hats, loves nascar, short hair cut, white woman. Now if only you were white I think he might be on to something.
