If the guy is a racist, who gives a frick? That is his personal opinion on the matter. If the players want to make an impact on it, just do it to his bottom line, don't sign with him and don't go to his games. The fact is, that if he walked in and offered an extra million a year to their current contracts for a one year extension, nearly every single one of them would be playing that extra year.

There's more to it than that. Players get traded to teams in an ultra-competitive market. Fans cheer for players and civic pride more than for the owner. Saying "just don't go to games" is asinine and you know it.

Thought and speech police have ZERO place in America and telling someone that they can't own property because they hold certain beliefs is exactly the same as telling someone they can't own something because of their race or religion. No different than Jim Crow laws or Germany in the 1930s.
The man is a racist in an industry that is dominated by African Americans. That is a very poor business plan. As someone else said, the market will make it a self solving problem.
