I can't find anything to confirm Biden actually said that.

Just talked to the GF. She was about half a mile away from the explosions. They are shutting down the cell towers at any minute now. People are obviously freaked out

Chris Matthews on MSNBC just said this might be a "right wing" response to gun control efforts.
