It just wouldn't make any sense at all for this to be a North Korean attack. It's too sneaky; they're very public about what they do

There are currently two suspects. One a black guy with a hoodie and backpack (who I assume to be a local hobo) and the Saudi guy (which I'm not willing to trust the New York Post for accurate info).
