Yea as a service guy there's no way he's leaving that job. It's a completely different kind of place.

Oh, I get that. The question was who do I WANT.

No chance with Kelly. Less than zero.

Miles, I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. Too old. Declining results. Consistently shitty offenses. Not the answer.

Petrino would be intriguing if he weren't such a douchebag, and I'm pretty sure he has a MASSIVE buyout.

Campbell has never won more than 9 games in the MAC. Nor has he won that conference. He's a great fit for Iowa St.

He can coach. But his personality is a complete mis-match for Mizzou.

I feel the same way about Kiffin and Orgeron, tbh. Based on what I know of them.

Does anyone ever see Shaw leave Stanford?

I don't - seems like the destination job for him. He for sure wouldn't leave it to come to Mizzou. I don't believe he would want any part of the SEC when he can do well in the PAC.

Hey everyone has thier opinion. I think Miles could come in and do it. Petrino also. Campbell I've since cooled on. Still think he could eventually get it done. I know Kelly would never come here. That's why I said I think he'd wind up at LSU if Miles is let go.

Again, it's just opinion. Is Miles comming here? About as much chance as Kelly comming here. That leaves Petrino. Would rather have Miles over Petrino but either one isn't likely. That leaves Herman, the guy who invisions himself as the Texas HC some day. If it weren't for that, I'd be all in on Herman.

I just wonder who south carolina is in on right now.

A Bama fan co-worker says there's a very good chance Kirby Smart ends up at South Carolina.

Wow. Didn't realise Miles is like 62. You're spot on. He is to old. He looks damn good for 62 though. Yeh I'd have to pass.

Guess I'm down to Petrino, his mistress and what ever garbage he can drag to Mizzou, high price tag and all. Might as well role the dice. That's who I'd like.

Can't we find a good coach who's also a decent human being? Petrino? Kiffen? Orgeron? No to sex scandals and NCAA recruiting violations!!

Is Lincoln Riley a non-starter for you guys. That OU offense looks damn good to me, it would make Lock, Hilton and Brown stars.

Also plays into Rhodes wanting to find the young, effective OC for a HC.

Opinions?

Taggart

He's actually built 1 program(WKY) amd took a dumpster fire and rebuilt it(USF)

If we lose our Defensive coaches(odom to memphis), Hire Grinch for Dcoord. Did a hell of a job at Wazzu, they were a train wreck on defense.

Kul is gone. With Pinkel gone I think he finally gets the upper echelon P5 DC offers he deserves.

It'll be one of these 3... Rhule, Campbell, and Odom.

If you can't hire Tom Herman, just hire Barry Odom.

He can maintain the #MizzouMade player development system that is Pinkel's true signature on the program.

Retain the defensive staff and Pat Ivey.

Flush the offensive staff, save Andy Hill.

Hire a hungry hotshot OC like Brad Cornelsen from Memphis.

Then add some veterans to the staff with SEC ties for recruiting purposes and move on.
