It looks like he will need to put on a lot more weight to be effective in the SEC.

Unless he is going to be playing as a DE or LB.

Looks like Prebula is a true dual threat which is nice, that to me is most important.

Or it might be a trolling attempt

Zeke Elliot 2.0? Use legacy status to drive up his price tag before going to his OC in OU? Hell. If it costs OU triple, so be it.

I’d love Mateer. Pribula, as a dual threat, may be good enough for another double digit win season as well.

The more I look into Pribula, the more I like him. I'm not a big James Franklin fan (the coach) but his statement the other day about his former QB makes me think he would be a nice addition.

Damn…. These guys must not be convinced by Kirby and I don’t blame them.

Indiana and Louisville run fun exciting pass offenses.

I also like the idea of signing Pribula, especially if it allows Jones to have a bag to secure a left offensive tackle.

Would 400K do it? I see Iowa is sniffing around also though frick knows why a QB wanting to prove himself would go to that black hole.

[Indiana and Louisville run fun exciting pass offenses.]

Not to be that guy...but fun and exciting doesn't play well in the SEC, hasn't since Spurrier did the fun-n-gun. Generally speaking of course. Joe Burrow in 2019 w/ LSU comes to mind. While I agree, Indy & L'ville have fun and exciting offenses..Louisville is in the ACC, and Indiana just burst onto the scene. There only real competition, Ohio St, handled them easily. In terms of excitement or QB player friendly offense...I think it's Tennessee and Ole Miss right now.

For us, it is get a quality passer that is accurate and steady in the pocket that can get through progressions..something Drink hasn't had since Bazlak. As much as I loved Brady Cook, he was sufficient last year, and regressed to the mean this year.

Brendon Lewis wouldn't stress out NIL and he's a good fit and he visited Mizzou as a recruit in 2020. Just saying...

Horn appears to have at least one old teammate in his corner.

This would be the ideal outcome. Maybe that's why guys keep looking.

Edit: Nevermind, he is planning on playing baseball in the spring.

I guess I can't be mad at Horn. We got him because Drink let him play baseball. But how does he expect to be a starter?

Well, you know where I think Drink should go for a QB and then get the OL in order.

Hard pass. We need the QB fully invested in getting better at the position full time.

With Mateer officially a Boomer, make Probula an offer he can’t refuse.
