For the record, I'm pretty sure the subscriber thing for TB will likely be to eliminate the ads and potentially silence/ignore posters you don't like, like the current TB Chrome extension does.
Coincidentally enough, these would be the same features as ten or so years ago when there was also a subscriber option.

I only ban people who are offensive to others and can't follow the rules. Anyone who can contribute to the board, not insult other posters, and abide by the rules of the site (and yes, the mod's judgement comes in there) is cool in my book.
