Please GP, DO NOT promote from within. This team needs some new life infused in it.
I'll start the bidding at Jim Chaney, former OC at UT under Dooley. Former coach on the Rams, has SEC experience. Plus, that UT offense was dang good.

Former players seem like they think Andy Hill should be promoted. I think if we promote anyone from within, it would be him.

I have a feeling that Mike Martz's ego would not mesh with GP's "it's what we do" mantra.
However, Martz's mantra of "Shoot, we'll fix that" would mesh perfectly with "it's what we do."

I have a feeling Andy Hill might be the guy as well. We will see. I really think that HCGP needs to bring in someone with from outside with ties to the SEC.

More I read about Jim Chaney...sounds like a solid hire. He knows Sec east players and already has recruiting knowledge within the division.

Since people already think I'm a jerk, I'm just going to say this..
Normal fat people are fine, if you got the fat gene so be it..
But Jim Chaney creeps me out. Those type of fat people give me the heebie jeebies.
I don't want that creepy fat old man recruiting kids. I want someone that fits our brand. Personal appearance shows a lot about a person. Yep, I realize his waist size and how far his man boobs sag don't have anything to do with what's in his brain.. but I still don't like it. I still think when people let themselves go they have character flaws. Guy probably sits there with endless Diet Cokes and donuts all day watching film.
I have a feeling it will be Andy Hill. But I do think we need a legit and seasoned OC... back to fat man Chaney being the best option... mind going in circles.
