The question is: How many times did Navy have to punt against Indiana?

I'm feeling a bit better about that game as well after this weeks games.

I will admit to knowing nothing about most of the B1G teams. We just need to take care of business at Indiana. We gotta rep the SEC.

I was going to make a post about this. Them losing the Navy makes me feel a lot better about our prospects.

Assuming it's the same Navy, they're all about ball control and dominating the clock, I think we can do a bit of that against a weak defense.

I watched a bit of the game. Every play was still that triple option. How you don't stop that at least once during an entire game is beyond me.

The good thing is we play Indiana, not Navy.

Indeed.

Well, I do live in Indianapolis and Hoosier fans were pretty optimistic about this year's team because of their offense, but the defense is just horrid under Kevin Wilson.

They gave up 35 to Indiana St before the Navy game and the points allowed from last year speaks for itself. The highlight was giving up 56 to a bad Purdue team in the last game of the season.

I thought the ? Was going to be:

That would be a rant thread better posted by others. Beating an FCS team and a MAC team is hardly something to beat your chest about. Happy the team did what they were supposed to do, but hardly worth boasting about.

Exactly. We need to just focus on beating and not worry about chest thumping on the rant. If we're playing well enough, we'll get noticed.

I will fricking start it next week if you take care of business this week (UT is going to get drummed by Oregon, so that will only leave Mizzou).

Will take request for thread title.

E.g.:

1). Thank God We Put Mizzou in the East!!

2). Only Undefeated Team in the East is West of the Mississippi.

3). Mizzou is Really Saving the East's arse.

4). We Should Move them to the West, Mizzou is too Good for the East.

5). Check in if you are an Undefeated SEC East Team.

6). Rank the SEC East Coaches Based on This Season:

a. Pinkell

b-g.

7. DGB only Undefeated SEC East WR.

8. SEC Championship Game: West Winner vs. Mizzou.

9. Will the BIG10 go After the Top Team in the East?

10. Much Ado About Mizzou - SEC East a Comedy but for the Tigers.

Eta: added to #10 for clarification.

I like this! But, we're off this weekend, so it'll have to wait at least another week.

Even better. There is ZERO chance I can't start this thread (unless UT pulls the unthinkable).

I think I did a better job on the even than the odd numbers.

These are just suggestions though.

Eta: meaning I will start some kind of thread on the subject next week, but I am more than willing to be one-up'd.
