I should probably figure out the bye weeks first.
I know you were joking, but just for the record, this may be the best run team board (semo does a great job). I think your new system of a Mizzou true blood having to sponser an outsider and then allowing for a board vote is the best system (although i am glad i slipped in prior to it being implemented).
Good luck this week, losing to bye would be a huge momentum killer.
