Happy Thanksgiving everyone. And am I the only one who misses getting up at 4AM on Friday to get to Target and Best Buy for $19 VCRs limit of 1 per person.

Black Friday shopping in person, store opening at midnight, trying to find that one deal at Best Buy so you could stay in line for three hours to save $20.

Absolute adrenaline

Kids today don’t know what they’re missing

Thankfully I was at sea for most of that.

Happy Thanksgiving guys. Some knowledgeable fans that stay in touch with reality and make reasonable points on this board. You 3 fall in that category. Thanks for the contributions

Hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving. Even though this season isn't shaping up the way any of us wanted, I'm still thankful to be a Missouri Tiger.

Black Friday? I'd rather do ANYTHING before that.

By the way, shoveled/blew snow this morning. The snowmobilers, ice fishermen, and skiers are chomping at the bit.

Happy Thanksgiving, you mindless imbeciles

Minnesota as I recall. Surely an excessive exile in the polar regions.

And I'm not, ah, mindless . . .

Yes, a northerner (Norderner in vulgar Minnesotan)

I recall my first summer in Columbia...I thought the heat and humidity would fricking kill me.

I'm much more comfortable sitting in an ice shack taking pulls off a bottle of blackberry brandy, playing sheepshead and not giving a shite if we don't catch anything.
