Most of those tickets were purchased at outrageous prices days ago thinking they were coming to a much different game 4. Imaging dropping 2 grand on tickets just to watch the official exit from the playoffs. That's gotta suck

I think anyone with a brain could see this coming. The Cubs starting pitching is terrible, especially if Arrieta is not lights out. Couple that with their basically HR or bust way of scoring and you get this result in a long series.

It's funny - someone said something similar to me the other day (I live in stl) and honestly, no. It's probably more like that for the cards. We did not care about beating the cardinals.. all we care about is winning a world series.
