Anybody know anything about Holt?

Didn’t see any players ranked on 247

Going to watch the Lamar and Webb City games tonight

I watched the Troy vs Holt game earlier this year Holt has a pretty good QB and a decent running back The Holt O line was keeping Jahkai Lang under wraps basically the entire game.

A friend said that Holt’s QB might have broke his collarbone last week

When Webb City played Lebanon they pushed Tristan Wilson around and when he played DT he was pancaked 4 or 5 times.

The inside OL and inside DL is Webb City’s strength.

Yup, he broke it 2 games ago. Tried to play last week but didn't make it long.

Sweet #16 for Webb, all alone at the top in MO now.

They said during the game he cracked it 2 weeks ago, tried to play last week and fully broke it.

That was a wild arse game with them getting a pick, scoring a TD, getting onside kick, scoring another TD, getting a stop and couple big plays to the Webb 30 before a final stop in the final seconds.

Tough loss for the Lamar boys too, 82 yard kickoff return for a TD right after they took the lead. Then they killed themselves on final drive with multiple false starts followed by an 8 yard shanked punt.

That was a good season for Webb. Once they got all their skilled players back they didn’t lose a game.

Carthage was the best team in 5A. Don’t know how Webb beat them in districts, but anything can happen when you are playing your rival and have a great coach and probably the best assistant coaches in the state. (Asst and Dline coach Scott Bailey 7 championships at Lamar)

First 4 games without their best kicker, safety, and WR. 2 loses

4 games without QB. Games 4-7 2 loses

RB had surgery on his wrist after game 3 missed 3 games and wore a soft cast rest of the season with limited carries rest of the season.

QB played the state championship game with hurt wrist. The wrist issue limited his carries and he threw 2 picks.

Defense and OL played great the last 6 or 7 games.

Lutheran and Lamar was a really good game. Lutheran played nervous in the 1st quarter, but turned it on after that.

Lutheran’s Dline was really good. They didn’t play like a 2A school. That Dline was better than some 5A Schools I watched this season.

Lutheran had 12 men on the field for game winning TD. Has picked up a lot of pub lately even Barstool.

My cousin coaches on a 4A team. They made it to semifinals in Hannibal. The refs there were awful. The head coach said “don’t let them dictate your calls” and they threw him out. That’s after he said the Dline was mimicking the snap count. The refs said “Yeah. We heard it. We’re not calling that.” Earlier in the game they threatened to throw the whole Hannibal coaching staff out. North Co had a scoop and score. After the player crossed the goal line, the ref threw a flag.

Local Hannibal reporter said he had never seen a game like it in all the years he covered football.

Quick fact: MSHSAA refs don’t advance based on performance in the playoffs. If you work semifinals, you cannot work finals.

Referees have zero to do with teachers nor teachers unions
