TBJ might be the only player I'd take on defense. Without looking closely, I wouldn't be surprised if I'd rather have the other 10 from UGA.

Can almost flip that on offense.

QB - MU
WR's - MU
OL - I kinda like ours. Not sure what they have but I'd imagine they're comparable.
TE - MU
RB - They may have an advantage but I'm happy with ours.

You know what else every fan base has?

Fans that bitch about other fans. I've taken a pledge during the season to stop being a douche so I will ask as nicely as I possibly can...can we please move on to a new line of posting. It seems that more than 50% of the posts include attacks on the fan base and it does get just as old as the doomsdayers themselves.

Mizzou’s DT group is at least comparable to Georgia.

There are players on the defense that I think can be good, but too many of them are too young to be that player now.

As was pointed out, they did blitz. They had the most success doing it out of the 3-4 look. In 15 snaps out of the look they allowed 70 yds by moving Blough or causing him to hurry a throw.

Well.

Just gotta go back to our Big 12 roots.

Win a No-D clusterfrick by the score of 48-45.

Just because the defense is sh*tty one week doesn't mean it'll be the next week

Mizzou will play their hardest and we have a chance to win the game. Any explosive offense has a chance to win. This is the exact opposite of the Carolina game when everyone called "upset"

People don't realize is that big upsets don't happen when people expect them: memorable upsets are true shockers, not like that UGA-USCe jokefest (when everyone declared UGA on upset alert)

Go Tigers!

Mizzou can hang wjth UGA for about a half.

The issue is depth. Georgia plugs and plays 4 and 5 stars. We plug and play 2 star kids. Petry dish for example was lit up when Acy got injured.

Mizzou doesn’t have many 2 star recruits on its roster. It’s almost exclusively 3 Stars.

Badie is 1 of the few 2 star recruits.

Holmes was a 2 star WR we made a DB

Gillepsie 2 star DB

Turner 2 star DE

Ware 2 star DB

All 4 of those guys saw the field Saturday.

But we can pretend stars dont matter.

I agree. Just gotta go out and play

The best upsets happen when you least expect.

Blough was 1-7 when targeting Holmes.

Gillespie and Ware were on the red zone nickel package that produced a sack and an incomplete pass in two deployments.

The hay was made vs Sparks and Hilton.

The LBs allowed several completions but limited yds after the catch.

Was never a WR. Not a 2*. Played well Saturday. Long athlete in the mold of the modern NFL corner.

Gillepsie 2 star DB

Not a 2* Several of the defensive coaches have said he might be the best athlete on the team.

Turner 2 star DE

Not a 2* Tied for 3rd in the SEC in sacks

LINK

Ware 2 star DB

Not a 2*. In the rotation for a SEC team as a true freshman

You mean the incomplete pass? That's a tough play for any DB.

Purdue was 1-7 for 6 yards against Holmes. He was in position on the last TD that was overturned, he just didn’t find the ball. That was an issue that Penton had early in his career at Mizzou.
Against Sparks Purdue was 11-15 for 161 yards.
Sparks and Hilton were the players picked on the most.

Oh, so we are just going to pick out the lowest ranking instead of using the composite which averages all of them?

Weird...

I think Rivals is more accurate than throwing a bunch of shite together.
