Mizzou loses a close one on Homecoming.

37-31.

Sucks but brace for it.

One thing hopefully for sure is that Lock should have a good game against a team that plays defense like ours. We have 2 of their coaches in Odom and Walters.

That is our disadvantage and a positive for Memphis.

Nobody who plays Mizzou should ever be considered a cupcake. Under BO we have beaten nobody of note while showing the ability to lose to a "nobody(s)"

Mizzou’s receivers don’t consistently get open against the best defenses. Lock like most college QBs doesn’t yet know how to throw receivers open. Although he did have at least NFL type of throws to Knox. He completed 2 of them. The third Knox dropped, but it would have been a really good catch.

I can feel it coming too. The morale of the team is low and Memphis was a point away from beating a top 10 team yesterday. If we lose this game I think the last of the Odom supporters will be on their way out.

I still can't believe Memphis choked that 30-17 lead over #10 UCF Saturday, they apparently struggle to close out games or hold on to leads.

I still can't believe you're still a Raider fan. WTF is going on there? Gruden makes HCBO look like a damn genius.

Like Jeff Fisher, the game has left him behind and he hasn’t or won’t admit it.

Raiders are a mess.

They pissed away the SC game.

The Purdue game is starting to take on a different look. Right now, Purdue is 3-3 3-1 in B1G play having won 3 straight after the Missouri game. Blough is second in the conference in passer rating and 3rd in yards per game, and 5th in TD passes thrown. He only had 26 passing attempts total in the first two games. I'd be willing to bet Brohm wishes he had started the season with him taking primary snaps. They'd probably be a one loss team right now the way he is commanding the offense.

Had Purdue gone with Blough from the start they would be 5-1. Even with starting the wrong QB Purdue would be 5-1 if they didn’t have personal foul penalties on the last drive of both their first 2 games.

That’s a good win.

Full rebuild. I have no judgements on Gruden until year 3 or 4 minimum. Inherited a mess from an awful GM, clean house.
