Peeps on here doubted his draft stock. Still think and always have that he'll go top 20 when he chooses to come out.

If he comes back next season he will have a decent chance at Daniel’s records. Lock is already second all time in TD passes, needing 40 to pass Daniel.

I think he will.....there’s 2 or 3 other QB’s that will be in this years draft. If I was him, I would wait till next year, and be the #1 QB in the draft.

Given how short he still is on actual QB experience, he’d do very well with another year. Don’t wanna be another Gabbert.

Another year of Oline development would also really help him out.

Offense would be scary good next year. Crockett/Rountree, Johnson, Hall, Ballard, same O Line, Albert O and Blanton

I get a chub thinking about it.

I think Lock passes Daniel's single season this year and his all time next year.

I’m looking to see how Lock does against that UT pass D. Only 150 yards/game and below 55% completion.

Arky is meh in pass D and Vandy seemingly okay.

Lock needs 40 to beat Daniel. That’s 9 TDS. That’ll be tough.

Tennessee plays worse run defense than MU. I think it will be another 40+ rushing attempt day for the offense.

Lock in his last 4 SEC games has 12 TDs.

Chase had his 39 TDs in a 14 game season.

Everyone runs on Tennessee. They have one of the worst rushing defenses in the country - 124th out of 130th at over 250 ypg.

If Mizzou makes a bowl it would be 9 over 4 games, very possible.

I'll say he hits 40 on the dot.

I'd say the TD record is very likely. Yards record is less likely, but possible.

This all in less games.

I still think he goes in the draft this year. I don't think he'll go in the top 20 picks however. There would probably have to be a record number of QB's taken in the first round for this to happen.

That’s also my point. Stats say the game plan should be heavy rush. May prevent passing TDS.

I'm not up on other QBs possibly entering this draft, but I'd be curious how many have a better gun than Lock. When DL delivers a long ball I see rare arm talent like Namath and Jeff George. The ball never leaves the screen view. To me he screams draft day riser.

I agree with ya 100%. I just think a lot of other guys are coming with a lot more hype. I don't see Lock leap frogging them even if he can make throws some of them can't.

No college QB has better arm talent than Lock does. There are guys in the same league, but none of them are demonstrably better.

He's exactly the prototype of what NFL teams are looking for physically and the rest is coming along nicely.

I'm not 100% sure he will leave, but we need to prepare for the possibility.

Baker Mayfield, and Josh Rosen will both be in the draft this year, and both will have more hype than Lock. Now, I think Lock is better suited for pro ball than either of them, but with Mayfield the front runner for the Heisman, and Rosen with all his hype, Lock could fall to 3rd or 4th in the QB pecking or draft order.
I think if he stays for his senior season, and eclipse several Mizzou records, he will move up the the big board more so than this year.

Mayfield’s size will knock him down some in the draft.
Rosen, Darnold, Rudolph and Allen will be first rounders.
