Brady executed.

Defense was otherworldly.

Schrader was solid.

Lovett is really good, even with a bad wheel.

Some weird play calls. But overall a really solid game from Drink.

I’d like something north of 23 points, but yes, if this is the teams identity I will take it all day! Great game

I know that Drinkwitz salivates when he sees cock but I know a solid, balanced win when I see one.

The only room for improvements I saw:

1. Take the penalty and move Mevis back when near the goal-line for field-goals.

2. Get your snaps together, there were high snaps all game long.

3. Why are we the only team getting false starts after time-outs? It drives me nuts.

Overall grade: A-

I criticize Drink most of the time but this win was a good one.

Outstanding defense

Very impressed by the play calls today. Drink seemed to understand the pulse of the game today. Overall solid effort.

1. This team is doing a disservice to Mevis if they don’t get his fat arse on an eating program in the off-season. Dude never should have begun this season this fat. Also. MFer needs to start taking practice kicks.

2. We still need better RZ play design. We turtle inside the ten. No excuses there.

3. Drinks best playcalling game. Still can’t rid himself of his HS trick shite. When he stops that and the East/west shite, the ball moves to the surprise of no one.

4. Cooks best passing game of the game. Some really nice throws.

5. It’s looking like Burdens learning curve is much greater than we were hoping. Stone hands. Lovett had a tough first season of action too. Hopefully Luther is ready next year and patient enough to stay.

6. Blake Baker is the best thing to have ever happened to Eli. Pay him.

Crowd noise can cause false starts

South Carolina has a loud stadium.

False starts at home are the ones that are completely inexcusable

6. Let Peat out of the doghouse. I know he fumbles, but in the RZ, Schrader isn't explosive, if not Peat then Young or even Butts.

7. Why isn't Bannister being used in the RZ?

8. Whomever suggested the Buffalo transfer TE should come to Mizzou should be fined.

I’d like to see more Young at RB.

Credit where due. I liked his game plan overall. Lot fewer lateral plays. Still does not trust Cook to throw into the end zone. Frankly, I can understand that.

Lord, a good qb with some touch and we'd be 7-1 now. But by damn we stole one. Need to steal one more.

Much better game than the last 6 from the offense. Still some questionable play calling, but it seemed better overall. Cook had his best game by far. I wonder what could have been with a Franklin, Lock, Mauk, etc at QB this year. Certainly 6-1 would be on the table

He wasn't a high 3* quarterback. I am not sure what he was rated out of HS. It will take time. He is getting there. Might be the starting quarterback next year too. That is why people will need to give this team time to grow. I also said give him time. RZ is still an issue. This offseason should make some improvements for next year.

DRINKWITZ was yelling at the punter at the end of the game with no excuse for that he should be fired immediately the way he yelled at that kid drink wich has cost these kids two wins this year with his shitty coaching ... no one's yelling at him.. fire him now embarrassing

It is all depends on how Cook progress this year. He is getting better. You think the OL hasn't hurt the offense? I guess you haven't been watching the game. It is the first game that the offense has improved this season. I guess you like to act like you care for these players on this team. They are playing much better and might win 7 or even 8 games. I said give it time to gel. I have no idea who will be the starting quarterback for next year. Just wait and see how this year goes. Next year he may or may not be the starter.

Listen, mom. Your son isn’t a great punter. He’s getting money for school. Drink isn’t going to get fired for yelling at your precious baby boy.

OL much better today.
In the Georgia game and today, Mizzou seemed to regularly supplement 2 blockers with the line. That seems to correct their missed blocking assignments. Hope they keep doing that.
Also, Schraeder may not be a red zone back that punches it in, but I really like him. He routinely turns 0 yard plays into 3-4 yard gains, and that makes for manageable 3rd downs. Good vision, too.

Play to win the game. So many think Drink is dumb, but he is not. He’s a good coach playing the game he thinks best gives him a chance to win.

I knew people would jump all over taking a knee before half, but it was 1000% the right thing to do.

Very, very good game from Eli and his Tigers
