Ranked from most important to least, what needs to be done? How hard should the portal be hit for linemen and a RB?

Bring in Hugh Freeze as OC with an option to be HC in 2024 when we're still running Brady Cook out as the starting QB.

A person can dream ...

But reality is we need an OLINE coach and overhaul of the OL.

1. Steal the Georgia Southern OC Bryan Ellis.

2. Steal the OL coach from Georgia Southern.

3. Land the Auburn WR, Dawson that went to the portal.

4. Land an explosive RB from the portal.

5. Land any kid Blake wants from the portal.

1) O line

That will solve 90% of our offensive struggles.

Why would Hugh Freeze take an OC job? He’s going to be a rich power 5 coach next year.

Freeze just signed an extension and is making $5M now, he ain’t going anywhere unless a top 15 program comes calling which they won’t.

Also we likely need a transfer QB. If Horn sticks around I can’t see him being ready seeing as Drink seems to think he’s not ready to see a single snap this year

OC
-OL and a OLine Coach
-WR/RB coach that teaches blocking

Longer term
Marketing Coordinador to bring in money to pay players

PR consultant to help bring in fans and build relationships with coaches and recruits
-Player and coach tours
-Players and coaches that go to football camps. Not Mizzou camps, but youth camps and school camps in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Illinois and hometown’s of players(especially in Texas, FL,GA, AR, and Oklahoma). If places can’t afford to have camps pay for it.
