What in the actual frick? Never been a OC, never coached QBs, complete failure at Tennessee, not in the college game for 5 years. Literally zero positives for this.

I don’t like this. He’s never called plays anywhere before. He was an assistant at LSU and Georgia. Head coach at Louisiana Tech and Tennessee

I wasn't excited about Fisch, but I take that back now.
It's almost as if Odom thought "what is the most ridiculously awful hire I could possibly make?" and then did it.

I was holding out hope BO would knock it out of the park with this OC hire.
I'm not even pissed at this point... Just blankly staring at the screen thinking... Are you fking serious.
Seems more like a desperation hire then anything else.
