I've seen a lot of suggestions that Sterk wants to bring in a proven P5 coach, but I'm not all that into the ones that seem possible. Crean and Martin would be fairly meh.
I'd be much more excited about Musselman.
And if proven coach is the goal, give Marshall whatever he wants.

Would not surprise me if Sterk at least talked to Grant McCasland from Arkansas State.

I don't know man. There are not a lot of coaches available, and looks like we could be competing with half a dozen big schools for coaches.

Crean would be a HR, and Martin would recruit STL like we have never seen here. They'd both be great hires.
