I went to the 05 Independence Bowl and I didn’t think Scar fans traveled well.

This has probably changed because 13 of their 22 bowl games has been since 2000.

I'm still holding out for the Outback; yeah I know it's a longshot.

I. DONT. WONT. PURDUE.

Not because im scared of playing them, but Purdue is just a boring program to play, let alone twice.

24/7 has its updates on Bowl predictions.

Liberty Bowl
Mizzou vs. Baylor

Texas Bowl
Auburn vs. TCU

Taxslayer Bowl
SC vs Miami
(Gator Bowl and Outback Bowl hasn’t decided between SC, A&M, MSST)

Citrus Bowl
UK vs. Penn State

Music City Bowl wants Purdue so that means Mizzou will be left out

So Mizzou goes up against the Coach that was initially going to be hired to coach Mizzou. Weird how these things pop up.

8-4 Ranked SEC team vs a Bottom Feeder Big 12 team because the Music City Bowl wants a 6-6 Purdue team?

Lol.

They project Purdue to the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit. The Music Bowl wants a big 10 team and they would like it to be Purdue.

Depending on how the Big 10 and Big 12 Championship games go will probably determine where each team goes. If Oklahoma makes it to playoffs that will leave Ohio Sate out and change where the rest of the Big 10 teams go.

11/30/18 Sports Illustrated bowl predictions

AutoZone Liberty Bowl, Memphis (3:45 p.m. ET, ESPN)
Big 12 vs. SEC
Oklahoma State vs. Missouri

San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl, San Diego (7 p.m. ET, FS1)
Big Ten vs. Pac-12
Iowa vs. Washington

TaxSlayer Bowl, Jacksonville, Fla. (7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN)
SEC vs. ACC/Big Ten
Auburn vs. Northwest

This could change depending on conference championships.

It would great if Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma lost and the Georgia and Bama game was close.

This could change many of the Bowl projections. I would be happy if just Oklahoma lost.

Rumors that Mizzou might still be in it for Gator if Outback takes A&M instead of Miss St

Mizzou will never get a favorable bowl slotting due to our shitty fanbase. I expect Music City if we get a fair slotting, and Liberty if we get shafted like we always did in the Big 12.

I'd be happy with Music City versus Syracuse/Miami/Michigan St./Wisconsin

What is your definition of a "shitty fanbase".

People throw this shite out all the time. Oh by the way, here was the Pac 12 CG last night.

That's a shitty fan base.

Mizzou has 45-50k at every game. Could attendence be better? Sure.

Stop comparing it to the top 10 fan bases in the country and it is hardly "shitty".

Thing is, we're in a conference where pretty much all of the fanbases (except Vanderbilt) are upper-tier in college athletics. I understand there are many other programs with mediocre fanbases, but we're in the elite conference so we deserve to be compared to our peers.

And since I know someone will ask, I'll go ahead and admit to being part of the shitty fanbase as I attended 0 games this year.

For the only FBS program in a state of 6.1 million, that's horrific.

What we need is a Mizzou vs UCF bowl. The Ulterior Motive Bowl.

All bullshite aside, I think that would be a hell of a game. Much better than 90% of the proposed bowl games for this year. I think our defense breaks them in the 2nd half.

Does having Lock help Mizzou at all? Probably not much I guess but was thinking that a bowl that might otherwise be ho hum about Mizzou might think that Lock will draw more eyes.
