I think Rountree and Crockett will flourish behind the counter and power concepts Davis brings with him.

Just about any OC should be able to be successful next season with most of the offense returning.
I do think JJ will be a successful OC, just not sure if he is ready right now.

I'm totally fine with JJ. I think he's a very good young coach and he'll do well if he gets the job.
My one concern is that he doesn't coach QBs.

The OC doesn’t have to coach the QB’s.
If JJ is named OC, the. BO will hire a QB coach and another coach for the 10 assistant position.

It just seems as if most quality QB coaches are also OC.
I wouldn't count out Canada. He wants to go somewhere where the HC will let him run his offense.
