The portal is going to ultimately hurt a lot of these guys with underdeveloped prefrontal cortexes and not enough support/advice from people who know what they’re talking about.

We set the tone with that ridiculous 1.5 million to Pribula. This one is weird tho. With a few calls we can get to 2 million. The kid from South Carolina got 1.5 after his Freshman year, so 2 seems like a fair ceiling. Texas Tech has cash to burn and so does Texas. Im guessing Tech at 3 million gets this done.

It seems to me he cut-off communication with the staff. I think he was simply told it would be easy to get more elsewhere and just walked away.
